Details
Once you’ve purchased the design package above, I’ll send you an email with pertinent info to get your project started. Included will be a Letter of Agreement, and a link to your custom client portal where you’ll proceed to begin telling me about your project by answering the Design Questionnaire and submitting photos and measurements of your space. You’ll also be able to share your inspiration and anything else you want me to know before beginning your design.
After you’ve submitted your “homework” on your custom client portal as mentioned above (it’s not hard, I promise!), I’ll utilize all the info to create and share with you one floorplan and one concept board within 5-10 business days.
Next we’ll discuss your likes and dislikes of each piece on the concept board and I’ll provide up to 3 alternative options if necessary (any options over 3 are subject to an additional fee).
With a thumbs up on all of the pieces we’ve discussed on the concept board, and an approval on the floorplan layout, I’ll get to work generating your final design package including one room rendering (or as I like to call it The Pretty Picture) so you can envision your newly designed space, a shopping list of all the items with direct links, and detailed implementation instructions. I typically have this to you within 5-10 business days. At this time, one complementary revision is included, and all other revisions are subject to additional fees.
From here the project is yours! You can begin by ordering items directly from the links provided and start to implement the design in your space. Please note that I look to source in stock items, however, I cannot control how long items will be available from vendors, so if your plan to space out your purchasing, I cannot guarantee items will be available. I, however, will be available to answer any project related questions for 4 weeks after the final design is presented.
The purchase price is a design fee only and does not include any actual furniture or decor, however, you will receive the items and services listed above under “What’s Included.”
Please keep in mind that all work completed virtually is not the same as in-person. Advice can only be provided based on the images as they are provided. Color selections, furniture sizes, dimensions, etc. should be double-checked or tested prior to any purchases being made.

Payment is required to begin. You can book through the website by clicking the “Purchase” button above or email me directly here and I will invoice you for the project.
Once the payment is received, I will email you a Terms and Services Contract to look over and sign. I will also set up your project portal on my website where you will have private access to your project as we go along the design steps. During this time you will also fill out the E-Design Questionnaire, email me your room pictures, inspiration, and room measurements (I have a guide to help you with this step as well), and anything else you want me to know before designing.
Now its time for the exciting part! I will create a floor plan layout and mood board full of product ideas within 5-7 business days (for a 1 room project, add extra time for multi- rooms) of receiving project information.
We will then discuss your likes and dislikes of each piece on the mood board and I will send alternative options (up to 3 new options per item if necessary- any options over 3 are subject to additional fees). We do this all through your Pinterest.
Once you love all the items we have discussed and are happy with the room layout, I will create the final design package with a 3D Render, set up instructions and a shopping list. I will usually have this to you with in 5 business days per room.
